Overview
Energy conductor, hype captain, safety sentinel. You’ll run warm-ups like a pep rally, guide athletes through skill stations and send parents home grinning. Think of it as combining the best parts of coaching, customer engagement and event hosting—every single shift
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet families, answer questions, resolve issues and gather feedback
- Oversee warm‑ups, cool‑downs and station flow
- Lead circuit training activities
- Enforce mat placement and safety standards; monitor equipment condition and cleanliness.
- Track athlete progress in Jackrabbit and share updates with parents.
- Participate in daily cleaning: wipe equipment, vacuum floors, organize mats and supplies.
- Enter personal hours and maintain time records accurately
- Ensure that all customers are aware of upcoming events
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to customer experience (billing updates, registration, etc.)

Organizational Structure
Reports to Operations Manager; mentors Instructor I and II staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for working with children and willingness to learn spotting techniques
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and pass background check
- High‐school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable, team‐oriented mindset
- 3 years coaching or camp‑lead experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to spot level‑2/3 skills safely; CPR/First‑Aid certified
- Proficiency with Jackrabbit or willingness to learn
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude
Additional Notes:
- Expect to work between 15 and 30 hours per week
- We have work hours to fit all schedules
